Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Software Implementation Progress Report – July 6, 2012

While the overall progress of the NAV implementation has been much slower than originally estimated due to the volume and complexity of the data we need to transfer between systems, some important functionality has been successfully brought on line. In January we went live with Payroll. Processing Payroll in house will save Clow Stamping Company a considerable amount over the life of the NAV product. In late June we brought the first phase of HR functionality on-line. NAV Absence Registration will allow supervisors to see employee attendance and PTO balance information in a much more effective way than ever before. Just last week we added a 2nd phase to the HR implementation which means Employee Warning Slips will now be visible in NAV. We are currently working on the 3rd Phase of HR, which will be Training information.
