Sales & Marketing
Your voice in our office. Our service philosophy is simple: We provide what you need, when you need it, at a fair price. Each one of your sales representatives (based throughout the United States) and our in-house sales and marketing staff is committed to forming a long-term relationship based on meeting your needs and learning your business. So whether you prefer to do business face-to-face or on the phone, we have the right people to help you. Our representatives are educated in the metal fabrication industry. They know the questions to ask and how to best fit the work you need with our manufacturing process. For both your ongoing work and special projects, you can trust us, knowing your needs are well-represented throughout the process.
Estimating and Early Involvement
Ensuring your project starts out right. These days, you can’t afford to waste time or money with false starts. Our estimators and tooling professionals can help develop piece parts and sub-assemblies that meet your specifications for quality, scheduling, and price. Combine that with an advanced CAD system that links us to your engineers, and you get accurate communication, better pre-planning, and faster turnaround. Regardless of the scope of your project, we’ll make sure it starts out right.
The right schedule turns time into money. When it comes to your operation, time is money. That’s why our order processing associates work with you to set up the best possible production schedule for each of your projects. We review every purchase order and make sure quantities, revisions, delivery dates, and other necessary information are correct. Planning your project from start to finish enables us to provide the best possible pricing. We are able to receive orders via mail, phone, fax, EDI, e-mail or approved Web sites.
Communication every step of the way. We provide the constant communication necessary to ensure on-time delivery and your overall satisfaction. Our advanced computer system enables the exchange of information between departments. We continually track the flow of your job, communicating with you every step of the way. Should project specifications, revisions or other forces, conspire to create a delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible – so you can avoid those last minute changes that can be costly to your operation. From your initial order through processing and project development – even after the product is in your hands – our customer service experts will do whatever it takes to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
We do it right. The First Time. Here’s how it works: You supply the project specifications, and we meet or exceed them. If the parts don’t perform to your specifications, we haven’t done our job – and we believe in doing our job. Therefore, to accurately gauge each project’s adherence to specifications, our highly trained production personnel use some of the most advanced data collection and storage equipment available. We can even provide you with various forms of statistical data, including X bar and R, and Histogram upon request. We judge the quality of every part as if your business depends on it because it does. You have our word on it.
