Phase 3 of the HR implementation, Training Records, has been brought on line. There are still some minor cleanup items that HR is working on to make the system fully operational but all the existing training records were successfully imported into NAV. Having the training records in a modern integrated system will be a huge benefit to the HR Dept. and to all supervisors. We’ve also made more employee information accessible to supervisors within the NAV system. Supervisor training of the new functionality will begin in January.
