This 7 ½” X 3 ½” part is made of .090 thick HSLA ( High Strength Low Alloy) Grade 50 material.  The manufacturing operations are 2 Blank/Pierce, 1 Blank, 2 Forms, Deburring, and Weld.  Approximate tooling charge is $3,500.00 with 5,000 pieces costing approximately $2.15 ea.

This 14” X 6” part is made of .120 thick HRPO (Hot Rolled Pickled Oil) material.  The manufacturing operations are Blank, Pierce/Stencil, deburr, 6 forms, 5 weld times 3, and zinc & yellow trivalent finish. Approximate tooling charge is $3,500.00 with 1,000 pieces costing approximately $5.00 each.

November 2012 Part of the Month

This 6 ¾” X 6” part is made of .120 thick HRPO (Hot Rolled Pickled Oil) material.  The manufacturing operations are Blank/Pierce, deburr, Stencil, 3 forms, 3 spot weld, and zinc & yellow trivalent finish. Approximate tooling charge is $5,000.00 with 2,500 pieces costing approximately $3.65 each.

October 2012 Part of the Month

  This 18 ½” X4 ¼” part is made of .060 thick CRCQ (Cold Rolled Commercial Quality) material.  The manufacturing operations are Laser Produced Blank, ream, deburr, 3 forms, zinc plate finish, 1 clinch pin, and 4 clinch studs. Approximate tooling charge is $2,700.00 with 250 pieces costing approximately $6.10 each.    

September 2012 Part of the Month

This 13 3/4” X 8 3/4” part is made of .060 thick CRCQ (Cold Rolled Commercial Quality) material.  The manufacturing operations are Laser Produced Blank, and 15 forms. Approximate tooling charge is $1,500.00 with 1,500 pieces costing approximately $4.50 ea.
