The manufacturing operations are Blank/Pierce, Stencil, 2 forms, Deburring, Welding/ Bushing 2X, Spot Weld nut 2X, ream, and Zinc & Yellow chromate finish. Approximate tooling charge is $4,700.00 with 1,000 pieces costing approximately $7.25 each.

This 12.500”X3.150” part is made of .312 and 0.09 thick HRPO (Hot Rolled Pickled Oil) material. The manufacturing operations are laser cut blanks, 4 forms, Deburring, Stencil, Welding, and Gloss Black Finish. Approximate tooling charge is $900.00 with 75 pieces costing approximately $26.00 each.

This 9.250 X 8.400 part is made of .120 thick HRPO (Hot Rolled Pickled Oil) material. The manufacturing operations are blank/pierce, stencil, 3 forms, deburring, machining, spot-weld, weld, and Trivalent Finish. Approximate tooling charge is $4,000.00 with 500 pieces costing approximately $6.50 each.
