Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Starting Pay Range: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Accounting team. This position is responsible for supporting the Accounting Department by maintaining accurate and timely accounts receivable records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process daily deposits, including electronic data interchange (EDI) checks
  • Generate and enter customer invoices; reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
  • Post customer payments and maintain accurate receivable records
  • Communicate with customers to resolve questions, discrepancies, or other account-related matters
  • Assist with departmental projects and tasks as needed
  • Compile and maintain daily invoicing reports, deposit summaries, and customer statements
  • Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Shipping, Customer Support, and Finance

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an accounting, accounts receivable, or credit management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel

Forklift Operator Shipping Department - 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday - Thursday

Starting Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our Shipping Department. This role is responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials, supporting efficient shipping operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to transport materials within the facility

  • Load and unload shipments at loading docks

  • Move materials to and from storage areas, racks, and pack stations

  • Use tablets and scanners for inventory and shipment tracking

  • Change forklift batteries when needed

  • Communicate with truck drivers to ensure accurate freight distribution

  • Follow all safety procedures and support a clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required; prior forklift experience preferred

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification through employer-provided training

  • Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and shipping materials

Laser Operator Apprentice - 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Thursday

Starting Pay: $$18.00 – $21.81 per hour

Join Clow Stamping Company as a Laser Operator Apprentice and begin an exciting career learning to operate advanced CNC laser cutting machinery. This apprenticeship combines structured training with on-the-job learning, equipping you with the skills to excel in laser operations within a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

As a Laser Operator Apprentice, you will:

  • Learn to set up, calibrate, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
  • Use PEP nesting software to prepare and execute cutting programs.
  • Inspect and measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure quality standards.
  • Operate forklifts, jib cranes, and overhead cranes for material handling.
  • Perform routine maintenance on laser machinery to maintain efficiency.

The hours for this position are from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) during the initial training period.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in math and problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Robotic Welding Operator - 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday

Starting Pay: $18.00 – $20.71

Join our team as a Robotic Welding Operator and play a key role in our welding department! If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy working with cutting-edge robotic welding technology, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate robotic welding equipment to weld various materials and components.
  • Work closely with the Lead Welder and trainers to set up and remove fixtures.
  • Perform thorough part inspections and document production progress.
  • Gain hands-on knowledge of welding department procedures and shop operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6-12 months of relevant experience (welding experience preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
  • Basic mechanical skills for setup and teardown.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Spot Welder / Assembler - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday - Sunday

Starting Pay Range: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour

Clow Stamping Company is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Spot Welders / Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for attaching hardware and components to metal stamped parts using spot welding and assembly machines. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate spot welding and assembly machines to attach components as per production specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Learn to set up and configure machines for new or recurring production jobs.
  • Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate production records using our NAV system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to learn and follow processes.
  • Prior manufacturing is a plus but not required.

What are the hours for each shift and do they pay more?

Shift 01: 6 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday
Shift 02: 2 pm – 10 pm Monday through Friday
Shift 03: 10 pm – 6 am Sunday through Thursday
Shift 11: 6 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 13: 4 am – 2 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 14: 2 pm – 12 am Monday through Thursday
Shift 15: 5 am – 3 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 16: 3pm  – 1am Monday through Thursday

Shift premiums are assigned based on the work schedule.

Will I have to work overtime?

Due to the nature of our work and the need to coordinate our working hours with a wide range of vendors, customers and other business partners, changes in work schedules, and work locations, required overtime and travel may be necessary.
