Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments at loading docks

• Move materials to and from storage areas, racks, and pack stations

• Change forklift batteries when needed

• Communicate with truck drivers to ensure accurate freight distribution

• Follow all safety procedures and support a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required; prior forklift experience preferred

• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification through employer-provided training

• Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and shipping materials

• Ability to use tablets and scanners for data entry and tracking

• Strong basic math skills for calculating weights and measurements

The hours for this position are from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) during the initial training period.

In this role, you will be responsible for attaching hardware and components to metal stamped parts using spot welding and assembly machines. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate spot welding and assembly machines to attach components as per production specifications.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Learn to set up and configure machines for new or recurring production jobs.
• Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate production records using our NAV system.
